Lewis Mudge, central Africa director at the NGO Human Rights Watch was kicked out. He's the third human rights Watch researcher to be expelled for criticizing the government since 2008. Rwanda is not an easy place to work. The defining moment in the country's history came in 1994 when decades of divide and rule tactics among the two main ethnicities descended into genocide.
