I was tired of living. I turned to my lawyers and I was like, I wish they had just gave me the death penalty instead. At least I'd be dead in a few years. From being in truth in our prison, I knew what a dope prison was like. But I didn't know how bad but I had some inkling and understanding of what I was getting myself into. Do you ever think about the guy that you killed? Yes, I do. "I wonder what would have been if I would have never took that man's life"
