NDVC Investment Model - Can You Tell Us About It?

The NDVC investment model works and how it's changed over the past couple years yeah. The idea with NDVC was that we wanted to create an instrument that didn't anticipate any future funding so rather than forcing you to sell or raise another round of money for valuation if you want to just grow your business on revenue we want to be aligned with you in that way. We try to cap our return that's something that feels reasonable so right now that's at a 5x on our distributions now.
