The Stuka is excellent when you've already destroyed the Polish Air Force. And it's also very good on a fixed target as well. I mean, it is effective against shipping, but it is incredibly difficult to hit a moving ship. Only something like 30 ships out of the 270 that were sunk on Dunk and the Dunkirk evacuation were actually sunk at sea by the air.
