Teaching Icelandic in Schools
I think we need to allow children to play with language. We're always telling young people how they should speak, and we're not listening to how they want to speak. It's always the grown ups that decides. Trying stop all change would be a fool's mission and massively inconvenient. But maybe keeping icelandic around starts with just recognizing how amazing it is that's made it this far.
