Don't some foundations have a sort of a checkbox approach? Hey, we want to give 5% of our alternative assets to funds run by women or funds run by minorities. They absolutely want to do that as long as those funds outperform. That's really interesting. So once the outperforming and stops, we swap managers. Huh, that's reallyinteresting. Last question on ESG: Certain folks have been saying, hey, you know, it works as a pretty good risk management filter. How do you respond to this is a risk management filter that allows us to identify the worst actors in corporate America? I think that's a very reasonable way of looking at it.
