California's State Specific Regulations for Cosmetics
California leads the pack when it comes to either betting ingredients or requiring notification for cosmetic products. The state of Washington actually took it a step further and banned Melda High releasing agents, which I think the cosmetic industry needs to pay attention to because it puts certain preservatives on the watch list. If you're operating in the beauty space, you have to be well aware of those California bills.
