Know Your Enemy

CHAPTER

The Politics of Extrapolations

I wanted to be a part of a show that wasn't saying like we're all just hunkering down. We have nothing to take care of except our immediate kin, every person for themselves. But I also think even in a slow rolling, non completely collapsed apocalypse, there still can be a tendency to want to focus on those most immediate relationships. So the most concrete example of this is like Tiena Miller befriends a whale in episode two. And yeah, you know, talk gives it her mother's voice. She does not feel like they're done with each other.
