If you focus on things you have zero control, for example, the news, and then you get upset about all the bad stuff happening everywhere in the world, you'll start to feel really stressed. What you need to do is focus on your life, mostly on what you can control or influence. That starts with your physical body. Next, you're mental, your mental health, right? You're affecting your mind. All that's just you, only you focusing on yourself, that will reduce stress and give you more happiness and power in your life.
