That's a fact. So you're going to stay and be frustrated or you're going to leave? Because you got that choice. Now, if God's called you there and that's the structure that's there and genuinely he's doing something through you in that, then stop complaining about it. But if it's really that much of a frustration, you have a choice. You can bounce. Sometimes seasons change and people just really be thinking that they still got to stay there. There once arose a Pharaoh that knew not the God of Joseph.

was popping for Israel until it wasn't. And sometimes times can change. Leaders can change. Leadership can change. Your boss can change. Your direct supervisor can change. Your direct report. And then it's just like, this ain't it no more. Yeah. But yeah, you don't have to be no place that you're going to be devalued. There's 332 million people in this country alone. There's a place you can thrive. You can be somewhere. It ain't got to be there. You asked the question. Just remember, you're the one that asked that question. You're right.
