Emerging Managers: How to Find Them
In terms of venture capital and how you look at emerging managers, specifically before you have data, what are some leading indicators that you look for? That's another internal debate. I believe if we're getting smarter by the day, you don't really have a set criteria but some of the areas we look at, it's definitely lighter due diligence than some of the more established and mature managers. Does the team have the right hunger? Do they have the right connections or right sourcing strategies in place to find the winners?
