The majority of the large subreddits you see on our all are using third party software and tools to manage those subreddit because these are volunteers. Most mainstream AI tools are using Reddit as their samples for machine learning. So, Reddit like Twitter, like many other large platforms right now, don't want their data hovered up by anybody. And so part of the way you can, you can block that a bit is by changing the way your API works. But yeah, the official line from Reddit is this is about security. This is about safety. This isabout making sure things work.
