If you are coming to this book having only watched the films, you will be surprised to learn that at the beginning of this book, there is already a practice in this village of like, tame ing and having dragons. Ah, and there's like a big human dragon war, but not in this book. N i think later in this series, it gets even more adversarial, like ther reading in the the kids reviews in on the common sense media page. By about book seven, it got really dark, so i just changed my age recommendation for what kids should read. This book, it gotreally intense and people started dying.
