There's literally no data on how many people are starving in India. We do not have a national sample survey to know if our Gromo food campaign is a success or is it a failure and so I think that this need for data is something especially relating to hunger. It also fits in quite well in the longer arc of history if you think about it from the early 20th century. The Indian statistical institute all of the people there are seeing people dying at their dozeling and they're starving themselves. They're all struggling the family members are struggling.
