We should celebrate the places that are trying to carve out a new lane for American sushi, he says. "I'm also understanding my hypocrisy because I want to eat at all these fucking sushi ah's and all theseucking restaurants just like anybody else" In five years you're gonna see East LA influence be a lot more than it would be if this place was in New York City or Los Angeles right? We have enough of the same what we need to do is encourage more people whether you are the creator or the diner to go out there and support the new people trying to do something a little bit different.
