Protein is a super important part of our diet, our overall healthy dietary pattern. The RDA stands for recommended daily allowance and historically it has been 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight each day. But nowadays we have better methods to really understand how much protein we take. And one of these newer methods is the indicator amino acid oxidation technique.
