What Does Focus on Product Mean to You?

A lot of what PG writes about is like focus on product product, product, product market fit. What does focus on product mean to you? Most startups face a choice in the early days. You need to get the product at the point where some people would be really, really bummed if it went away. I honestly just don't advise not only C companies anymore. We'll keep moving.
