Dauds and the Trojan Horse

Sister Nina calls Liv to tell her she's being followed and that a van is driving very close. The next thing we see is this van forced the car off the road into a crash. A man approaches the car from behind but it doesn't look like he's doing anything good. Now, what about sister Nina? Her burner is unreachable, but Tarrou found out that the last call came from Saxon Woods. He got an emergency exception to put a triggerfish on her phone - which I looked up and was some kind of surveillance device you can like put on people's phones.
