How to Respond to Gender Stereotypes
A large part of the conversation about gender is about what our children want for themselves. So as Christians, I think we just need to check, do we have some gender stereotypes that might be unhelpful? The Bible talks about boys having a boy's body and girls has a girl's body. If it's godly, you can do it. Girls can climb trees and play rough sports and boys can write songs and poetry. This is allowed. We cannot fear. We cannot panic. There is truth out there. But we may not need to get their right away. In the same, I imagine it would be true.
