The Role of the FDA in the FDA Approval Process
Joel Greenfield: I was taught my whole life growing up about vaccines just generally, like they're very hard to get approval. This situation is way outside what we would cause the regulatory norms. He says there's a couple of principles that have been completely ignored in this FDA approval process. Greenfield: The injured are out there trying to basically prove that it's unsafe and the community at large is trying to proving that it's ineffective.
