Block Chain Is Able to Instantiate Something That One Would Think Is Not Possible
Block chain is able to technically, instantiate something that one would think is not possible if one were thinking according to the relativistic physical model. That relativisic model itself has certain constraints in the fact that it doesn't apply on er small spatial scales. There are minute relativistic effects, but they're so minute that there's a technical fix for them. And block chain does that fix. And therefore restores a notion of time.
