How to Make Money as a Business Owner
I started out when I was 17, and I employed a secretary rather than paying myself. And then within about 60 days, it was the most profitable task that I ever did. What happened was, I immediately got hours back each day,. If you put those hours into high-value tasks, which would bring in way more income to the business. So effectively that secretary, that system becomes free. At this point in time, I'm doing all of that as well.
