Connor's Loneliness

I think he's a very lonely little boy with a sick mother and an absentee father. So I just think he's been a lonely guy. And now at this stage in his life, he realizes I've never done anything and nobody needs me to be anywhere. He says, wait till Connor gets here, we can start. Otherwise it would be the drearyest story ever told. She really stands up for him. She supports his electoral run. She doesn't want him to back out of the campaign at the last moment.
