Play Review - Is This Really a Novelty?

The play is an adaptation of a short story called Three Players of a Summer Game that he wrote in 1952. It first premiered on Broadway in 1955 and starred Burl Ives as the snowman narrator from the stop motion real off the Christmas reindeer movie among probably other things. So like what real thing can you evoke with your oversized novelty match? Yeah of course yeah sure. Well I'll just say like I don't I maybe ever learned the term plastic theater but that is an interesting maybe if I were more steeped in Williams in school I would have just like locked that away somewhere.
