Is the Next Trunch of Sanctions Going to Involve the Two Largest Russian Banks?

The ruble will go into free fall, which will raise prices in russia. The longer these things persist, the more likely they are to be turned against the people who are applying it. But over all, i wouldn't hold out hope for sanctions being the key to resolving this issue.
