You Don't Slow Down, It's Not a Spoiler

People say, well, you don't slow down, and make sure you just enjoy life. But i'm trying to give the greater context around that, which is that even learning things, rit like, i’m constantly learning in my career. And if i's trying to learno too fast, or do too many things too quickly, it makes it so much stressful. If i just take my time with a narrower cope, then actually, over the same given mont, like, in one month, if iv one month of slowly methodically learning an specific skill, by the end of that month, i woul be so much better than if i was rushing through that month
