The woman was unconscious to the point of absolute no action in her body. She had been drugged and was unconscious for another four hours after they got her to the hospital. To take advantage of a person in that condition merits extra punishment, not a discount. The public perception that this was a discount was correct. This recall decision was I think unprecedented.
