Chris Chambers is a professor of cognitive neuroscience at Cardiff University. He was part of the resigning editorial team at New Year Image and New Year Image reports. The whole board resigned from neuro image, which is published by Elsevier. Chris: "We can choose to say no to these publishers if we want to, but we need to act collectively"
