The Fucking Meal

Steak was just never fast food when I was growing up. We didn't have Outback Steakhouse. And there also wasn't a bunch of steak. Your mom made steak and then she put it on the table and your dad was like, Christ, you cut the shit out of it. My dad undercooked everything. Eggs, runny is fucking hell. The worst is when he made poached eggs on toast. He would take the poached eggs out of the skillet not using, you're not using a slotted spoon because that was the luxury. So he put the runny egg with whatever water was on the spoon onto this wet, warm breath. Oh my God
