The right is grounded in the liberty component of the fourteenth amendment. It promotes interests in autonomy, bodily integrity, liberty and equality. I understand we're talking about abortion here, but what is confusing is that we if we were talking about the second amendment, i know exactly what we'retalking about. So let just go through the rights. Here are the rights as enumerated in the constitution. Tell me which one's apply to abortions. To freedom of speech. No, freedom of press. No freedom of religion.
