Last summer fares were very, very high and then we had a very strong fall. It's possible that some of that strong fall last year was traffic that wanted to find the summer but the fares were too high so they waited for a better deal in September or October. United said it would cut 45 flights a day from its Newark, New Jersey hub the rest of this summer because of delays in cancellations. A velo reported an operating loss of just under 10 million in an operating margin of negative 17%.
