Are Leaders of Unicorn Type Companies Going Too Far?

So many people out there are watching shows and hearing information or con on really bad leadership. The real issue comes about at the very beginning of all these shows, when you see that the people's motive is to be important and famous and rich. And if that's why somebody becomes a leader, then they're probably going to put themselves in a position to do the wrong things because they're motivated by huberus and ego. That's the way i see it.
