God Gives You an Impartation

There was an impartation upon people who were not prophets. When they submitted to the voice of moses, they got an impartation. Then he gave the 70 elders the spirit that was upon moses. And when the spirit rested on them, they prophesied. An impartation often means you're in the right place at the right time to get something that you didn't pay for. But i'm going to use you at a level that i've never used you before.
