What Is Your Emotional State?

If you have predominant thoughts, you'll tend to continue having those thoughts. The same thing happens with food, by the way. Protein is really interesting in this regard, because protein stimulates a lot of the brain chemicals. It doesn't solve the habit craving along with the emotion, but what it does do is bolster some of the weakness around brain chemistry that can trigger these cravings in the first place.
