The Three Felonies a Day Argument
The average American commits at least three felonies a day and doesn't even know it, he says. The prosecutor is king because the prosecutor can look at anybody's daily activities and see that at least three things he did that day happened to qualify looked at through the eyes of a prosecutor as federal felonies. If you're in the sites of a Robert Mueller for example, then you're toast because of course you've committed argue little felonies. There's none of us who can pass the test of pure cleanliness in the system where everything is a felony.
