SageMaker is a cloud-based predictive analytics company. It's been working with Netflix for the past two years to improve its customer service experience. SageMaker has created an open source tool called Metaflow that lets you train and serve models in real time without having to maintain any infrastructure at all. The tools can be used by companies such as Google, Facebook or Twitter who are trying to make their services more efficient through machine learning.
