There are a lot of different uses of the term trauma bonds. I'm going to be talking about the light version, L-I-T-E. It's just like there's an element of your connection with another person that's rooted in the experiences that you've had in the past. So let's take it from the get go, right? You have this magnetic attraction to someone and you feel that very, very strong connection,. Obviously it can be a past life thing, a soul thing, some type of like contract thing where you guys know before you came into this life experience is what I personally believe.
