GLD has been in the vanguard of flexible working practices, which actually attracts lots of men who want to take family life seriously as well. The civil service and GLD attracts great women but we've had for many, many years long before it became fashionable. So that's why I was interested to see your leadership team. My three deputies on the legal side are all women. Over 50% of our legal director, Carla,. so that's partner's level. Are women. Yes. Some listeners will have heard me say another for her how I've been committed to improving our instruction practice.
