AV Canal Defects and Pulmonary Hypertension

Trisomy 21 has a considerably higher risk for developing pulmonary hypertension as well with the AV canal so particularly if it's unrepaired that's still one of those rare cases where we'll see a patient with isin manger or whatever. And Dr. Kuzuski do you have anything to add to that? Yeah it's just to mention the pulmonary vascular remodeling because you know I think people think that if you close the atrial septal defect you're kind of out of the woods you never have to worry about it again.
