The Difference Between Fission and Fusion

Fusion is what we've been talking about, but fission is the one that we get energy from nuclear power station and build atomic nuclear weapons with. In both cases, they can release energy, which seems a bit surprising because you're kind of doing opposite things. The thing that you end up with is a bit more stable than the things you started with. And we only need to look at this winter to see how important that is.
