Kato's Death - The Easy Way Out

Kato killed himself by disem, which is the hardest way you could possibly go out. Napoleon argues that this was an easy way out for Kato to end his life. He should have stood and fought, gone off to the provinces, tried to raise an army, kept going. But I think Kato's death actually was a little bit of a problem for Caesar in the way that he finally achieved what it sort of wanted all long: martyrdom.
