Is the 21st Century Redlining Credit Scores Reproducing Inequality?
In DC, in many cities, you are not allowed to make a final determination based on a credit score. However, you are allowed to include a required credit score,. And they're definitely flirting with the border of that law. It's really frustrating. There's implications for having bad credit and being poor is very expensive. Why wouldn't that low-end come individual see that they're being taken advantage of?
