The Department of Justice is probably working on something as well. The question is more, when is it gonna come rather than if once again? A lot of the behavior that's described in the two civil suits against Binance sounds very criminal. So far there has been no official movement out of the DOJ. I think a lot of us in the sort of crypto skeptic research community are starting to think that maybe there are charges filed under seal against CZ and perhaps others in the Binance sort of umbrella.
Paris Marx is joined by Molly White to discuss the Securities and Exchange Commission’s lawsuits against Binance and Coinbase and what they might mean for the future of the crypto industry.
