How to Mark a Market Bottom?
When do you know when to start spending that cash? And where? What should people be looking at? Well, this is where flexibility is so important. We've had multiple failed rally attempts. You put a little bit of capital to work and then you build on success or failure. Right now, i'm not seeing a whole lot to be excited about. But n in a month or a week, i may change my view. It's constantly an evolving process. Even some of your best maceral fundamental guys, well, when they see different headlines or things, or different newsprints and fundamental headlines, they start to change their view as well.
