The CEO of a company says, Zane had helped us see the truth. And it strikes me that it's sort of reading through everything that you do. These are real dissonance between what superficially people claim to be doing and actually trying to serve customers. I want executives to see how much low pay hurts employees and their ability to good job. If the pay is low, high turnover is guaranteed. Now high pay enough doesn't make a job a good job.
