The Story of Tony and Pamela

Tony Warner was a semi-reclusive lone wolf taking frequent trips into nearby state parks hunting for aliens. He believed that the world was being controlled by a race of reptilian lizard people who could shape shift into human form. It's also believed that he harbored beliefs and numerous conspiracies surrounding the rollout of 5G wireless technology. No additional action was taken after late August into the best of my knowledge from no other reports or information about Warner came into the police department.
