The Human Element Is More Important Today Than It Was in the Past
Many people need to hear that because they forget. It really boils down to culture, it boils down to people in this day and age more than anything else. Now, technology will aid, but it's not the end all be all at least in my opinion. I think some of us, many years ago, were doing what some call today SRE. Didn't exist as such. But that human element is just more important today than it was in the past.
