Introduction
Lord Dubbs was born in Prague and came to Britain on the Kindertransport in 1939. A Labour Council during the 1970s and MP for Battersea between 1979 and 87. Became a life peer, Baron Dubbs of Battersea in 1994. He's probably best known for the Dubbs Amendment to the 2016 Immigration Act. Has been a champion for unaccompanied children seeking asylum in the UK.
