The Importance of Sleep Deprivation
We don't respect our sleep. I mean, we're all under the impression that you should be able to stay up past the sundown much, much later because we have ring lights and Netflix. And I've been having some health issues too. We are not meant to go through these intense periods of like weight loss in general January and February. That's why a lot of people fail with their New Year's resolutions. Yours resolution is like another thing that we just take as absolutely natural. It's this unchanging force.
