Do I Stay Home Today or Go to Work?

As teleconference technology gets better, are we going to be more flexible about do I stay home today or go to work? Totally. But the need to physically congregate to create value or just to do your job itself isn't going to go away. Even here in California, which is a very weird microcosm and I understand it's a bubble, even here people are wanting to go back to work. We're right back into the same traffic jams we had before the pandemic.
